Operation Warm PSA 2026

Operation Warm has been an MV2 Productions client for more than five years. This time the ask was bigger than a single campaign: reintroduce the organization to the world — a public service announcement about who they are and what they do.

The hard part

Nobody on camera was an actor. These were real people with real stories, and going in we had no way to know what they would say. We had a vision for how the film would play, and no guarantee that the soundbites and footage to build it would show up on the shoot days.

How we made it work

We wrote a script and had Operation Warm approve it, then used that script as the framework for every interview question. It gave us a roadmap. The subjects still spoke in their own words, but the questions guided them toward what the film needed, and the result cut together as one complete, cohesive narrative.

On set

Philadelphia, PA, over two days, at Operation Warm's headquarters and a local school. The result

In its first week the PSA reached an estimated 148.8 million people and secured 753 full-text placements.
